In 2000, he moved to Southern California to become a manager of auto property damage claims. In 2012, he was promoted to be the head of property field claims. Most recently, he was promoted to head of claims shared services.

These included Claims Support Services, the National Document Center, Special Investigations Unit, and Strategic Initiatives. He also oversaw the University of Farmers’ Claims training program. And as the manager of the business, he is responsible for ensuring that the organization is delivering the highest quality of service to its customers.
Tina Shaw
Kim joined Farmers Insurance in 2009 as part of the company’s acquisition by 21st Century. Prior to her current role, Kim held key leadership positions in Farmers’ National Med/Pip organization and Auto Claims organization. She also served as the company’s Auto Central Zone head and as a National Strategy Leader. She has over 30 years of insurance experience.
She is the company’s Chief Risk Officer, a position that enables her to oversee the company’s risk management function and help the business achieve its strategic goals. Her role includes developing and implementing a risk framework and monitoring the company’s risk appetite and tolerance. Thomas Noh
Farmers Insurance has named Thomas Noh as its new chief financial officer of its Farmers Insurance Exchanges. He will replace Ron Myhan, who retired after nearly 40 years with the company. Thomas Noh has extensive experience in financial management, including at Transamerica and Executive Life. He will be responsible for the financial operations of the Farmers Insurance Exchanges, a group of three mutual insurers that work together.
Thomas Noh joined Farmers Insurance Exchanges in 1996 as the company’s head of claims analytics and exchange finance strategy. He will report to CEO and President Brian Cullina. Other changes at the exchange include the appointment of new head of finance Steve Cavanaugh and the resignation of John Lentz. Both were former leaders of ProMedica’s HCR ManorCare division.
Raul Vargas
The Farmers insurance group has appointed Raul Vargas as the new CEO. He will succeed Jeff Dailey, who will remain Chairman. Vargas will be responsible for all aspects of Farmers sales, including Farmers New World Life and Farmers Financial Solutions. He has been President and CEO of Zurich Santander Insurance America.
Vargas is a veteran of the insurance industry, with two decades of experience leading international organizations. He has served as CEO of Zurich Santander Insurance America, a holding company that serves 15 million clients in Latin America. He also served as the head of Zurich Santander Distribution in Miami and as the company’s chief Life actuary in Milan.
Steve McAnena

He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He previously served as a senior vice president of ProEquities, Inc., and as the president of Farmers Brokered Solutions.
